Hi there! I'm Gilly, and I'm so happy you're here. Welcome to Gilly Bow Yoga. Over the past 3 years we have created such a warm and wonderful yoga community! Teaching yoga is something that I am truely so passionate about. I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to share this beautiful practice with people. It is a practice that reaches far out beyond the parameters of our yoga mats. When I started teaching my main aim was to create a space where you can feel safe, you are seen and supported, a space where you can truly be yourself and let out a big ‘sigh’ and let your body relax when you walk into practice.
Each class is all about embracing who you are, Shining a light on and celebrating our bodies for all of the bloody Wonderfull things they allow us to do each day!! This is a space where we build each other up. Celebrate the little wins within each practice on any given day. Somedays that might look like simply showing up to class when you really felt you didnt have it in you today, and other days that might be finally getting that pose you had been working towards. You don't need to change a thing , come as you are and be exactly as you are.
Yoga is so much more than our asana (our movement) practice ; it’s a journey of self-discovery, it creates a space for us to heal, trust and work with our mind and body. Each practice is different with variations given to allow you to feel into what your body needs In that very moment. We practice Pranayama, meditation, somatic practices and of course PLAY which is one of the most important parts. To have fun, to enjoy the wobbles, the falls, as we find balance both on and off the mat.

ENERGY FROM ME TO YOU.
Once every 6 weeks I hold a 2 hour wellness workshop for women. This is such a beautiful safe space to connect with other like minded women and celebrate one another through movement, meditation and journaling.
I teach a mixture of slow flow and energetic Vinyassa with main focus on connecting the breath to movement, bringing your awareness back into the body. My class's are an open level flow with variations given for different levels. All are so so welcome.
& Private bookings.
I also offer corporate yoga classes and private one-on-one sessions. Corporate yoga programs are tailored to fit the unique needs of your team, fostering a healthier, more cohesive work environment through stress-relief and mindfulness practices. For those seeking a more individualised experience, private sessions provide personalised guidance to help you achieve your wellness goals, whether it's enhancing flexibility, building strength, or finding mental clarity.
